Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Select the "My Account" tab at the top right hand side of the website.  Choose the "Review orders / track packages" link to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Contact Mercury Publications for assistance.  Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, item quantities cannot be updated or cancelled.
How do I track my order?
  Select the "My Account" tab at the top right hand side of the website.  Choose the "Review orders / track packages" link to track your order.  Tracking information is updated every 24 hours.
My order never arrived.
  Select the "My Account" tab at the top right hand side of the website.  Choose the "Review orders / track packages" link to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items on your order have shipped. If your order displays a Package Tracking Number, verify with UPS to confirm that your package has been delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact Mercury Publications for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
