How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

How do I track my order? |

Select the "My Account" tab at the top right hand side of the website. Choose the "Review orders / track packages" link to track your order. Tracking information is updated every 24 hours. |
My order never arrived. |

Select the "My Account" tab at the top right hand side of the website. Choose the "Review orders / track packages" link to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items on your order have shipped. If your order displays a Package Tracking Number, verify with UPS to confirm that your package has been delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact Mercury Publications for assistance. |
