Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
 

Payments are accepted via credit card.  We accept Visa or MasterCard.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. Simply add items to your cart.  Enter the zip/postal code, and select "Recalculate" for shipping charges to display.  Select the "My Account" tab at the top right hand side of the website to check the status of your order.  You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  Please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery.  Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CST.
What is the return policy?
 

Products can be returned within 60 days of receiving the item.
Products being returned must be in good condition and have the packaging intact when applicable.
Returns must be accompanied by either the original packing slip or a note with the customer's name, address, phone number, and reason for the return.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns.
